10 minutes
Preheat oven to 420F
20 minutes
4 sweet potatoes (if organic you can leave skin on)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
½ tsp sea salt (optional)
Oil the Pyrex or baking sheet, warm up coconut oil before tossing in the sweet potatoes
Cut into round thin slices, or long thin slices
Put Sweet Potatoes in Pyrex/baking sheet and toss with oil
Place in oven, then toss with tongs 10 minutes into cooking and cook for another 10 minutes, until potatoes are well browned and crisp
