· ¼ cup chia seeds
· 1 cup almond or coconut milk (unsweetened)
· ½ tsp of cinnamon
· 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup (optional – not necessary at all)
· ½ tsp vanilla (optional as well)
· Toppings: fresh strawberries/blueberries/raspberries/bananas
Put the first 3-4ingredients in a mason jar, stir it up good, several times for 10 minutes occasionally stirring to distribute the chia seeds, put in refrigerator for 7-8 hours or overnight.
